“Will Woodlands aims to create new forests and enrich existing woodlands and to manage them as an addition to the woodland heritage of England and Wales for the benefit of this and future generations. In doing this Will Woodlands expects to:

• Enhance, enlarge and protect the English and Welsh wooded landscape.
  
  
• Improve the environment by improving and creating new habitats for plants and animals in woodlands and adjacent countryside, including encouraging the return of flora (particularly wild flowers) and fauna previously displaced and protecting such habitats from damage.
  
  
• Provide opportunities for peaceful public enjoyment and appreciation of woodlands and the adjacent countryside by creating and conserving woodlands for quiet beauty.”
